From John Theophilus Wed Feb 19 09:44:03 1997 To: Greg, Corwyn, me, SCA-Crosston list Subject: The spread of a Good Bad idea Wow. The sudden revelation of Cpt. Siobhan's protection of unsuspecting Caidian shipping from obvious pirates, unspecified corsaires or perhaps even cut-price freebooters is inspiring. There was the idea of the regatta to Angel Island. Perhaps we could ask Cpt. Siobhan to re-enact her historic visit with the unknown ship, thatship to be manned by some ex-natives of the far isles (oh, Radnor, Wombat, Brandon, etc.) I'd buy a pig if she'd help me roast it. Duquessa Juanna, Admiral, could witness it. And we could all be very silly on Angel Island. When? (PS: It's Juanna's regatta idea. It's Corwyn's brilliant defense. It's Siobhan's song, brave deed, and native translator. But it's an incredibly fun idea.) --John Theophilous
